Terms and Conditions - RENT FREE FOR ONE YEAR

The prize per successful winner is free accommodation for one person in the Aengus Property Holdings (Pty) Limited ("Aengus") student building in which the participant is renting at the time of the draw from the date of the draw until the end of the 2012 academic year(the "prize/s").
The estimated value of this prize is R25 000.00 per student.
The prizes will be allocated per region as follows: 10 winners in Johannesburg, 2 winners in Durban and 5 winners in Port Elizabeth.
Participation is only open to successful Aengus rental applicants who are registered 2012 students at a recognised educational institution.
Upon successful residential application, entrants must complete the form on www.Aengus.co.za and motivate why they feel they deserve to win a free academic year's accommodation. Prize winners will be determined on the content of their motivation.
The determination of the winners will be done by Aengus Management (the "judge") in the presence of an independent auditor, attorney, advocate or accountant.
In the event of a dispute, judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries for the competition close on 12 March 2012.
The winner of the competition will be notified telephonically on 30 March 2012 or as soon as possible thereafter.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Aengus cannot be held responsible for any errors and/or omissions throughout this promotion.
Prize winners, on acceptance of prizes, may be requested to participate in publicity for publishing purposes.
If required, as a result of changes in legislation, Aengus shall have the right to terminate any promotion immediately and without notice. The prize is a pre-owned Mini Cooper, without a motor plan or any warrantees, to the value of R100000 (the "prize").
Participation is only open to successful Aengus Property Holdings (Pty) Limited ("Aengus") rental applicants who are registered 2012 students at a recognised educational institution in South Africa will automatically be entered into the draw.
The prize will only be awarded to a person with a valid and recognised (by the relevant South African Authorities) driver's license.
An invalid driver's license will result on the prize being forfeited and a new draw taking place.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner will not sell or otherwise dispose of the prize until the end of 2012.
Prize winners, on acceptance of prizes, may be requested to participate in publicity for publishing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to having the car branded at Aengus' expense.
If required, as a result of changes in legislation, Aengus shall have the right to terminate any promotion immediately and without notice.
